I have a general question regarding languish for the code catalogue in a service notification or a PM notification. ( Task, Activity, Damage ecc )
We use the codes to specify the customer problem when we receive a call.
The codes are all maintained in the same catalogue, but we have made translations for each short text and long text.
Question is now, we as a company only allow the user to log on to the system in languish " EN " but our user will like to see and view the translated short text and long text from the codes that they use.
System will now only show the English test..
Is there some how a user exit or a parameter value that we can use to let the user see the code text in local languishes even if the systems languish is English??
I hope that any have had some experience with that.
