When we try to perfrom reposting on settlement run project using KB61 it considers OBA5 config value (error is changed to warnig)& bypasses the error message"Line 001 of document 01000XXXXX intended for line item settlement. Repost No document rows were selected. Enter new criteria".
& generates reposting document. The function module used in KB61 is K_COVP_SELECT this internally calls the FM (K_23E_CHECK_REPOSTING_POSSIBLE)
We created a custom program in development client to perfrom reposting but it falis to bypass the error "Line 001 of document 01000XXXXX intended for line item settlement. Repost No document rows were selected. Enter new criteria". when we try to perfom reposting on already settled project. Even though the config value for this message is maintained as warning.In our custom program we have used The function module K_23D_EXECUTE_REPOSTING this internally calls KB61 related FM (K_23E_CHECK_REPOSTING_POSSIBLE). But we feel this function module K_23D_EXECUTE_REPOSTING is not having logic to consider OBA5 config value. Could you please suggest any alternate Function module to fix this issue.
PS:Not sure does this discussion falls in Controlling or techincal...
