How to issue a PO copy to freight carrier

Hi

I have a purchase order created for the supplying vendor.  A condition type for freight is maintained.  Within the freight condition type, a vendor is assigned that is different than the supplying vendor.

We presently issue a purchase order via email, (5 - External Send), but I would like to also issue a copy of the purchase order to the freight vendor that was assigned to the freight condition.

The freight vendor can change from one purchase order for the supplying vendor to the next, so I need a solution where it looks for the freight vendor, and sends the purchase order based on its information.
