SAP MRS 800 transaction not working

Hi

We have new SAP IDES ECC 6.0 system and some how none of the MRS transaction is working for example /MRSS/PLBOORG or any other /MRSS/**. If any of these transaction are executed system displays "This function is not possible" Meassage No: 00127. Please understand MRS  is configured and IMG nodes exist in the system.

Any help will be really appreciated.
