USMM Generation of PDF Failed

Hi All

I'm facing to a problem that the system measurement transaction doesn't generate a PDF File.
There aren't any errors or warnings.

System is an ERP 6.0 EHP7.

Don't know what I'm doing wrong or what is missing.
