Problem with TX OLPM
Hi everyone,
We are having an issue with the TX "OLPM". A problem of time out envolved with the reestructuration of the table S061 "Location and Planning". In our system, this table has over 24 millions records.
We did some tests replacing the TX OLPM with OLIX. In this TX, we see that we can do filters on some fields. One of them, is "MONTH". This field, to what technical field is related? creation date, modification date, valid to date of the order/notification?
We can create a job that runs once a month with this field filtered by the previous month of the execution? Is there a risk to losing information?

Thanks for your reply. This definitely serves my purpose to some extent. But I was looking for an FM where I can just pass material number and plant and I get all batch managed stock.
Seems there is none to meet this and I may have to go for a custom development.

Hi SCN Experts,
When the user tries to open the document in SAP Business Workplace.Its through the error like :
"HTTP error: 404 Not Found 3015: No document with the id string 'E2472C71578 A1ED5B3FD50ED68741428' could be found.-item not" pops up. (see attached file Error.jpg). Does anyone have an idea on this. please suggest the solve for the same.

SAP Revenue Recognition - Error during VF01 for a Debit Memo Request
Hi,
We are currently implementing Revenue Recognition (Type: A) for Time/Cost related business process where the time is charged through CATS on and Costs through KB21N against a cost object: WBS Element.Resource Related billing is configured and working fine on Frame Work Order in SD. A debit memo request is created using DP91 for the time and costs... this step is working fine and we are able to bill with reference to debit memo request.
We are using VF44 followed by VF01... Revenue Recognition to account for revenues correctly.
When VF44 is done the control line items are correctly picked up but when VF01 is done the system creates the billing document but does not create an accounting document. The system errors: "No control line items found"
Later we tried the Revenue Recognition type: F for the same scenario with VF44 followed by VF01, billing document is generated but the accounting document fails with an error: "Balance in Transaction Currency USD".
Not sure if any of you folks ran into these errors, it would be great if you can throw some light on it.
We are ECC 6.00 EhP6...

Geet,
As you said in you mail in SAP SD we can give only on material as free for main item and regarding bonus buy concept it is mainly used in SAP Retail and it can be executed for retails transaction.
So SAP will not allow you to use bonus buy in direct Sales Order process VA01. You need search for enhancements or exit in Sales Order processing VA01 and with help of ABAPers create a Customized table for mapping multiple materials to main item for giving them FOC items.

Audit configuration with multiple Application Server
Dear all,
I have configured the "Audit" on our ERP system, but in SM20 I continuously receive the message "The result set for this selection was empty".
Below the steps I've followed:
Paramenters setted into the "instance" profile:
rec/client 000,500
rsau/max_diskspace/local 1536M
rsau/user_selection 0
rsau/selection_slots 2
rsau/enable 1
FN_AUDIT <SERVERNAME>_++++++++_######.AUD
Stop/start of the instance, to activate the new parameters; into the SM19 the Filters and the "Dynamic Configuration" are active. The physical files are created into the specified folder, but the result of the "Reread Audit Log" in SM20 is: "The result set for this selection was empty".
I have more than one application server, and the parameter FN_AUDIT have a different value on the various server (I need this to recognize which file belongs to which server).
