We can found RFHA & BELNR in tables TRACV_DOC_ITEM ,TRACT_ACCITEM and BKPF.It will be better if we use BKPF for retrieving desired information from ample amount of data .
Tables TRACV_DOC_ITEM & TRACT_ACCITEM hv key fields DOCUMENT_GUID & ITEM_NUMBER .Its difficult to correlate object Id & position for any posted document no for any transaction in CFM.
