CM38 - Capacity planning does not include work load from production orders

Hi , I created a scenario and checked the "include firm receipts" box .   MS05  shows that production orders are taken into account in the scenario and planned orders created after the available production orders.  When I run CM38 result onşy includes capacity requirements of the planned orders. Production orders  capacity requirements not in the result.  Selection profile is SAPA050 and in customizing of SAPA050 : both planned orders &work orders boxes are checked under selection of capacity requirement and scheduling level is 1 .

  I tried to get a specific work order number capacity requirement which can be done in CM01.   In CM38   pop up  opened for datbase selcetion it shows : planned order ; and the result is "there are no evaluation"

So I could not find the reason why work/production order capacity requirements not read ?  Can anyone help
