Release data on real time from APO to R/3

Hello,

I have a question : Is there a way to trasfer data on real time from APO to R/3 without using a backgroung job ?

I need to change the forecast for the current month and I want the new forecast to appear directly in R/3 without running a background job. Do you see a way to do this ?
