You can use below BAPI's to enqueue and dequeue employee master data

1.BAPI_EMPLOYEE_ENQUEUE and BAPI_EMPLOYEE_DEQUEUE

2. HR_EMPLOYEE_ENQUEUE and HR_EMPLOYEE_DEQUEUE
