Yes, you can set the storage type search strategy to non existing one, and the system will always ask you to enter manually the destination storage type and storage bin.
You can create a new storage type indicator Z01 e.g. that will not have storage types assigned to it in define storage type search strategy config.
Then assign that indicator in material master (Warehouse Management 1 View) to stock placement and then test the results.When creating TOs for the material, the system will not propose the bin but will have to be entered manually.
