Sure there is more you'd like to consider. In case path to sapstartserv.exe has changed the Service needs to become re-defined. You could use sapstartserv to delete and create according to the already existing entry straight with by using the sapstartserv.exe built-in functions instead of fiddling around with windows tools like sc or wmic.
