Input parameter for function BAPI_CASEDIAGNOSIS_CREATEMULT

Hello,

I want to add an admission diagnosis via RFC-function BAPI_CASEDIAGNOSIS_CREATEMULT. But whatever input parameters I use the function doesn't return any entries in table RETURN and it returns the expected values in OUTPUT_DIAGNOSIS (which seems to indicate success) but the diagnosis is not added in ISH to the case. Has anyone worked with this function before and can give me a hint, which input parameters I need to set, so the insertion is successful? I call BAPI_TRANSACTION_COMMIT, but no success.
