MRS (PM order Operation terminated , Operation processed by my user id )

Hi SAP Gurus ,

We have MRSS 800 with support pack level 0005.

When Maintenance order is either released or scheduled we get the below errors and screen gets terminated without changes being saved.

The two errors are which appear in pop up are

• Operation terminated; exception in FM /MRSS/RSG_PM_ORDER_PUSH_TO_MRS (Message no. /MRSS/RSG006)
• Operation 000001000106 is being processed by user Arif                                        (Message no. /MRSS/SGE022)

We have searched for OSS notes and these OSS corections are already available in our system.Our developer has also tried debugging it but unfortuantely it is of no help.
