error in OMSY

Hi Gurus,

' am trying to copy a material from old plant to new plant ( attached to a new company code)

System says --> "company code XX does not exist or has not been fully maintained"

So in transaction: OMSY - I try to put the current year & period and exeute

While I executing - getting a dump error - with following message:

' Exception Condition "T009B_FEHLERHAFT"  "

Please help
