report anincident on component XX-SER-LAS.
LAW 2.0 performs a check whether the SDCCN connection to SAP is available and active. If not the icon is not active. Check the settings of SDCCN.
If you previously have saved the result locally the consolidation was completed. In this case you have to open the consolidation again, then the send icon will be active again.
