Re: Returnable Packing Material - Stock not reduced from Storage Location

Hi,

Boss, I after done following step,

1. Define Packing Material Type (Screen in above post) (ZPKG)
2. Define Material Group for Packing Material (ZBKT)
3. Allowed Packing Materials
4. Allowed Qty Updates for the LEIH (RTP) material type for specific Plant.
5. Create new RTP material with following specific parameter.
   • LEIH material type (basics, Sales, MRP, Gen Plant views)
   • Basic-1: General Item Cateogry = LEIH
   • Basic-1:  Material Group Packing Material = ZBKT
   • Sales -2 : Item Category Group = LEIH
   • Sales /Plant : Material Grp Packing Matrl = ZBKT
   • Packing Material Type = ZPCK
6. Assign same packing parameter in FERT material
7. Up to Stock of RTP through 'mb1c'with 561 movt. to specific plant and sloc. OK
8. Check stock of both FERT and LEIH at specific loc OK
9. create Sales order for FERT. (VA01)
10. Create Delivery (VL01N)

    • after enter in to Delivery Order "VL01N', select the specific line item, go to Edit > Pack

    • Then enter the Packing material press enter and select the line item and packing material line, and

    • go to menu Edit > Pack > Pack. in result the line item packed and remove from Material to be packing area,

    • go back to main screen of Delivery (where new line item created with item category "TAL", with number 90002.

    • enter Plant and Sloc for LEIH line item but system shows Info and Error message. Even if do the picking for FERT and LEIH. after ward when pressing PGI button for Posting system shown.

Initial I was facing error of RTP stock not reduce from Sloc, so I did modification as per "Mozhgan"

1- In the path below you have to define the delivery item category(TAL) and define item category determination with the Usage of PACK. only in this way you are able to add an item in the delivery:
