A similar problem.
Step System copy - Oracle - HA - AS ABAP
Target :
OS - AIX 7.1, DB - Oracle 11.2.0.3
SWPM - SWPM10SP07
System copy - witch restore DB.
After the restore DB, went a step, but get an error.

After copying the file SSFS_RBP.DAT from the REAL server (SOURCE).
Error does not occur.
