PA40 is not working Properly - getting Hanged

Hello SAP Expatiates,

Please help me on - PA 40 is not working properly, when we are trying to run termination action for an a employee taking particular payroll area, cost center and position

System is getting hanged for specific employee following under above condition and for the rest employee there is no issue
