Work Process "Stop" during Debugging

Hi,

   We are facing a problem like "If we start the debugging on SAP ERP6.0 ehp6 the work process in SAP MMC going to "STOP" State and the complete SAP System going Down and not able access.

   We are running an IDES Version of SAP ERP 6.0 Ehp6 on Windows Server 2008 r2 and Db as MS SQL Server 2008 r2, When our developers start trying to Debug the code the work process which assigned for debugging going to "STOP" state in SAP MMC and its make all the system down and not able connect the db using SQL Database Studio.

     Can anyone please help me to fix this issue.
