Difference in amount between bseg-WRBTR and fb03

Dear all,

I had developed a customized report along with an abaper to pull values from BSEG-WRBTR to an output column "amount in local currency". I find that that there is a mismatch between the table values and FB03 by 100 decimal points.Even if i multiply the output values from bseg with 100 it is getting matched for some documents but for other documents there is still a problem.

example : in BSEG-WRBTR, i have the value 1000,00

And when it's displayed by the FB03 i have 100.000

Can anybody guide me how to code so that output values in my report output matches exactly with FB03 values.
