Record Case Management - attribute datum 00.00.0000 instead of blank

Hi,

we have some Cases with custom specific attributes.

In particulary there are some date attributes defined like domain DATS or DATUM. Before update the system (apply SPS16 to SAP ERP 6.0 EhP4 NW 7.01)  if the attributes were empty dates, they showed blank inside the case, after update the system, the dates show 00.00.0000

Does anybody knows how to show the date in blank again??
