We are upgrading from ecc6.0 (Windows server 2008 /SQL 2008 and KERNEL 720 SP600 ) to EHP7 .EHP upgrade got stuck in phase PREP_INPUT/READCVERS_DUMP!.
Last error code set: Process D:\usr\sap\N01\SUM\SUM\abap\bin/SAPuptool exited with 20, see 'D:\usr\sap\N01\SUM\SUM\abap\log\SQLSTMTSTD.OUT' for details

We have already checked environmental variable for Database it seems fine.
