Reset the upgrade from Preprocessing Rhase

Hi all,

I want to reset the upgrade on ABAP system in SUM from Perprocessing Phase,

Is it possible?

I get this error:

I can not find any problem on profile parameter file.

can the chanise sigen was the problem?:
