BRIM is IS solution for utilities and telco industires.
It's based on SAP CRM for customer management and product definition, SAP CC as rating and charging system and SAP CI within ECC for invoicing and financial operations.
ECC menu path for most of customizations is Financial Accounting (New) -> Contract Accounts Receivable and Payable.
Starting point for implementing BRIM solution is under Integration menu.
