I think what you are trying ot achieve is to store the images, of the obejects created in SAP using VIM?, is archive server? Is that correct?
If so then are you using enterprise scan and document pipeline to scan your invoices and using OAWD to archive those ?
If the above is correct, then you just need to install the archive server and create a respository there.
When you install enterprise scan and document pipeline there you define which is your archive server and which archive repository to use to store the scannned and archived images.
