how to carryforward budget in Investment Management

Dear Gurus,

At the end of fiscal year the budget assigned to different Appropriation request has to be transferred to next fiscal year.

I know to transfer assigned amount by KOCF but how to aasign balance amount.

Or pls. tell any process how to transfer budget at end of Fiscal year by which T-code.
