Email configuration

   I have a small doubt on the SAPconnect SMTP mail host and port  .

I have collected following information from my network team , But my problem is that which mail server is useful for SMTP mail config in SCOT transaction to avoid error that  “Message cannot be transferred to node SMTP due to connection error (final) “ .

Which server,Protocol and Port are correct or I need other server information for email config.
