how to read information in st02 and st03

Dear All,

I have a little bit idea about TCode st02 and st03.

Can any body suggest any link or book to get a detail idea on below parameters that what actually these means and impact of these parameters on system performance and how to fine tune these.

I am neither a beginner nor expert but don't have clear idea on all below parameters please suggest.
