But i think we have complicated scenario.
We install language EN, FR, GE.
And we use code page 1100 only.
In NUC system, We read and write arabic when we change the GUI character set to arabic.
In UC system, Even we change the character set to arabic .. stil see un meaning character for arabic language.
I don't know how arabic is enabled in NUC system without code page or installed languages.
This NUC system running from 10 years as 4.7c then we upgrade to ecc6 ehp5.
