Occasionally I come across a production order with the status ILNC (Inspection Lot Not Created).
When this happens no matter what I do, including reading PP Master Data, will not allow me to change the status and insert an inspection lot.
My company has limited SAP help at this time, but they state I will never be able to get rid of the ILNC status.
Is this true?
If so, what are the factors contributing to the order being created and/or release that yields this status?
