I guess you need to update your document pipeline tools. Ocrdt - help to search the free text in pdf's. Furthermore I see that you are using ALF viewer to view the documents. It is good to use either windows/web viewer to open the documents. Some version's of ALF viewer does not support the pdf's.
So, try doing 2 things
1)Install the windows/web viewer and use it to open the document
2) Update document pipeline tools.
Please let me know if they don't fix. It's not big deal to fix.
