From my understanding,

If I add authorization group to Ledger accounts, then only users having the role will be able to access those accounts.

Actually I want to restrict a user to access few accounts rather than restricting account access.

for example if I would like to give access to user few more accounts, I should be able to do that with out creating authorization groups.

Is there any other way to create a role which can restrict to dispaly limited ledger accounts?
