SESSION_MANAGER - The total response time for this application is high in SAP ECC system

Hi Experts,

When we check in system, the session_manager application shows the highest response time in system around 75000 secs.

This is the default application when you log in to your system.

I have done the below checks but cannot actually find how to resolve the issue:

1. Checked the number of users active through t-code AL08

2.  Also checked through program EASY_ACCESS_NUMBER_OF_NODES

Through the above program, for an example, i get the below information:

User       User Type    User Status    Menu Nodes   Menu Size           User Menu

XXXX       A Dialog      <ticked>         XXXXX                <red colored>

So my doubt is how to minimize this. Please help me to reduce the response time.
