MB22 Delete Reservation but first enter text

I would like to add a free text field to the MB22 transaction

Line items within a reservation can be deleted with minimum tracking and user accountability.

By adding a free text field in the “change reservation” screen and the ability to report on this field, it will allow the administrator to type in their reasoning/motivation and instruction received, for editing the reservation.

This will result in user accountability on changing line items within a reservation and force improved and accurate administration.
