Hello Everyone,
This is an issue related to Dispute Management. Below is brief issue description :-
Dispute case has been cleared in AR and a clearing doc has been generated but the status of dispute case is still "Research Internal". We need to change the status to "Close" but the system doesn't allow to manually close this dispute case.
Kindly provide a solution in order to change the status of this dispute case to "Close".
