Shipment xxxxxx is neither in the database nor in the archive

Hi,

I am a Basis consultant, One of our SD consultant would like to change or view some details using Shipment number from the transaction code /PBS/VT03N (using PBS tool). While he clks the enter after giving the shipment number, he is getting the error like "Shipment xxxxxxx is neither in the database nor in the archive". We have checked the possible ways like activating the paths from the transaction /PBS/ZVA6 and update also active, even though we are facing the same issue. Could you please help on this.
