I don't think its possible in Material master-Additional data-unit of measure..
You can't use decimal (0.1) in unit of measure.. Or you can't also use more than 5 digit in unit of measure...
If you use batch management for material, then you can do this via characteristics... In proportion/prod.unit, you can maintain the decimal for base unit of measure...
