I am quite new to SAP, so it would be great if you could consider that when writing your responses 
I am currently struggling with upgrading SAP ERP 6.0 EHP6 (Windows 2008 R2, Oracle 11g) with SAINT.
As for now, I managed to patch everything I was able to with SPAM, but I also need to raise the releases for a few components.
The system should have:
EA-PS, release 604, level 12
FI-CA, release 604, level 12
FI-CAX, release 604, level 7
IS-PS-CA, release 604, level 12
The current versions are:

However, when I try to upgrade e.g. FI-CA from 600 to 602, SAINT tells me the current version of EA-APPL (606) is non permitted and it needs to have SAP_APPL 602 to be installed.
What can I do?
I really hope I don't have to reinstall everything.
