Do not enter a personnel action for the date of hiring/transfer

Hi,

I am getting the standard error message when performing a separation action. Understand that the error "Do not enter a personnel action for the date of hiring/transfer " comes when you perform 2 actions on the same day that changes the employment status.

However in my case I have hired an employee today starting from 19.12.2013 - 31.12.9999 and status active. I am performing a separation action today with the separation date as 31.01.2014 and system is throwing this error. Any thoughts.
