Measurement Document not generating automatically

Hello All,

I'm implementing PRT as equipment for the first time. I create a prt in IE25, assign a maintenance plan with task list (after scheduling), measuring point with counter, and a measurement document. I rout it through CA01, and also assign the PRT there. I then create a Production Order. A measurement document should be generated automatically, when I confirm the order using CO11N, But this is not happening.Is there configuration or setting that Ive not done or missed out. Or is there anything from PP side that is missing?

Pls help.

Step-wise details would be really helpful.
