Backspace for previous values doesn't work if 2 or more SAP sessions up

Hello,

We have a users that is having issues with the backspace memory for SAP.

When they backspace in a field with one sessions the values will apprear.

But, when they backspace when they have 2 or more sessions are on their screen, no values will apprear.

So far this is an issue with one user.

Any ideas solutions.
