Hello, experts. I have browsed the forums a lot but this is my first time posting. Thanks in advance for any help.
I'm working for a company with AFS. They are going through a merge and they want the customers that exist for a Sales Organization to be created on another existing Sales Org.
The suggested approach was to make a program to Call Transaction XD01 to create the customer based on the same customer from the existing Sales Org.
First problem we faced was that SHDB did not map the AFS specific fields. We tried to add the screens but they don't exist when XD01 is called by CALL TRANSACTION, they only exist when running online.
So, we tried to use Customer Create BAPIS:
- SD_CUSTOMER_MAINTAIN_ALL
- BAPI_CUSTOMER_CREATEFROMDATA1
- BAPI_CUSTOMER_CREATEFROMDATA1
Still, the AFS specific fields were not loaded (don't even exist in these BAPIs)
Third alternative (non-orthodox, I know) was to use FM CUSTOMER_UPDATE. But that's unsafe and keep giving us Error F2803 for system update, We don't want to go that way.
We are running out of time and options.
What can we do to solve this ?
