How did you transported it ? Did you checked transport import log in QA system.. everything OK ?
You may create a manual transport using SE01/SE09 and include entriy R3TR FUGR <Function Group Name> in it. Now, you may transport this to the target client and your function group will be updated with all the latest function modules.
