Inbound processing of mails are not working in EHSM Incident management application

Hi Experts,

We have a need here to receive incoming emails from Microsoft exchange to SAP inbox (ECC 6.0). This will trigger work items generated by the SAP business workflow in User inbox that are assigned to a Specific User.However, we have done all the settings in SMTP using port 25 but not able to receiving incoming emails to SAP user inbox

We are assigned the PFCG Role of  " SAP_EHSM_HSS_INCIDENT_EML_REC "  to the 'SAP Connect " . also .

Out processing of mails are working , from SAP if we send any mails those are reaching to microsoft out look mails

if we checked in the  SLG1 , , didn't found of any in process email log.

Please some one help us if any additional configurations need to be checked
