  As suggested by Sunny & Anil, if you have backup of SQL Server 2000. You can install SQL Server 2000 and try to restore the backup you have.

If you would like to restore the current system to SQL Server 2000, then I suggest you to take an export and install SQL Server 2000 and import the data.

This will work...
