INVENTORY QTY AT Specific dates

Hi SAP WM Gurus, 

I am new to WM module. One of my User want to establish the inventory quantity for the material XXXXXX plant YYYY on hands for specific dates like 28/sept/2012 ; 30/sept/2011 ; 24/sept/2010 ; 25/sept/2009 ; 26/sept/2008. I tried T-Code MB5B but user is not OK with the numbers.

Is there any other way to find out the inventory on specific dates or the numbers shown o MB5B are the final one.

Please suggest me.
